riesportraitOur current Church Office Secretary, Rie Melhoos, was installed August 7, 2005.
Rie has been with The American Lutheran Congregation since 1991
when she moved to Norway from her native country Japan with
her American husband.  She was later baptized at ALC in
September 1995, and so ALC is her mother church.

Rie is responsible for the day-to-day office operations and
assisting the Pastor and the Pastoral Intern. Her work consists
of not only answering the phone, the church office handles many different
tasks, between phone calls, printing and folding Sunday bulletins and
ordering supplies and many more. 
If you have question about ALC and its activity, please call or visit the
church office. Laughing It is open monday-friday 10:00-14:00 closed on
Norwegian and US holidays.
