altSTRØMLID, INGER DORTHEA KRISTIANSEN Born in 1865 in Norway. Immigrated to Wisconsin.
Married to Johannes Strømlid (whose parents came from Røros, Norway).
Died June 27, 1907, age 42. Johannes was born Sept. 26, 1861; died in Feb. 1943, age 81.
"Their home was established in the fear of the Lord. The children learned early that no trifling with God's Word was tolerated. The blue trunk (kjiste) with mother's name in white artistic writing on the front became a pew while father read the Scriptures to us."
Honored by a daughter, Julia Stromley, Milwaukee, Wis.
